Description of Service
Maintenance of database systems developed by the Internet Technology team.
Client Groups/Eligibility for Services
Owners and users of these database systems.
Provider Responsibility
- To maintain and/or amend such databases within agreed timescales.
User Responsibility
- To provide user input in specifying additional requirements, testing the software, and providing any user documentation and training.
- To pay for the work done subject to the Exclusions below.
Availability of Service
During core service hours.
Service Statistics/Outputs
Records of work done.
Project records.
Usage logs for web systems.
Service Measures
Problems will be investigated within 2 working hours of reporting to the HelpDesk.
Feedback and Monitoring
Feedback is built into some of the applications.
CiCS User Group.
Exclusions
Those developments considered as part of the core service to the University.
Subsequent support of the developed software, unless paid for.
Location of Service
- Development in Technical Services.
Charges
Support and maintenance by arrangement subject to the complexity of the work.

Failure Response
