CiCS Governance and Service Management

CiCS is led by the CiCS Executive Team. The Executive Team is responsible for expressing the vision and overall mission of the department and sets the values and ‘tone’ of the department.

The CiCS Executive Team

Operationally, CiCS services are divided into seven service areas each managed by a service manager.

CiCS Service Managers

Strategically, each service manager organises a service advisory group, which is independently chaired and brings together representatives from across the University to shape and influence the development of CiCS services.

Service Advisory Groups

Service managers and the Executive Team meet regularly in Service Strategy Board to plan and prioritise the ongoing development of CiCS services.
