If you are without a phone/credit/battery and need to chat to a helpdesk technician, you can now use instant messaging to contact the CiCS helpdesk.
Click to Chat is available Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. Log in to MUSE, go to the SSiD (or Staff Applications) tab and from the CiCS Helpdesk channel click the Self Service link. To start click to chat click the Live Support button.

Click the Start Chat button and a helpdesk technician will respond in an instant messaging window to help with your problem.
