Student Printing

Students print using the Pre-pay Printing and Copying System. This can also be used by staff but is predominantly a student service. All members of the University are issued with a Pre-pay Account when they register. This account is used to pay for CiCS printing and Library photocopying.

Staff Printing

Staff print to departmental network printers, using the iPrint service. It is possible to connect a printer directly to your computer, but we strongly recommend network printers.

Printing Charges

A4 Monochrome - 5p per sheet
A3 Monochrome - 10p per sheet
A4 Colour - 25p per sheet
A3 Colour - 50p per sheet
It's cheaper to print double sided, than single sided.
