Situated at the heart of the University campus, the Octagon Centre has an international reputation as a multi-purpose conference venue. It is only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and easily accessible by car.

Hiring the Octagon Centre

The Octagon Centre has hosted events as diverse as motor and art shows, exhibitions, fashion shows, pop and classical concerts, banquets, ballroom dancing, examinations and degree congregations. With a large capacity, quality dining facilities and disabled access it is the ideal venue.

Varsity Gifts

The Varsity Gifts range provides a selection of specially designed gifts including glass, silver, local pewter and stainless steel mementoes. All souvenirs are inscribed, die-stamped or lasered with 'The University of Sheffield' or its coat of arms.
