Managing Personal Groups

You can create many personal groups to organise your contacts. Only you see this groups structure.

Creating a Group

Right-click an existing banner and select Add Contact Group. In the dialog box provide a name for the group.

Moving and Copying Contacts

Right-click and existing contact, and from the menu select Move to or Copy to. From the submenu, select the desired group.

Removing Contacts from Groups

Right-click a contact and select Remove from Group. If this is the only group that they are in it will say Remove from Roster.

You cannot remove a contact from a shared MUSE group.

Using Groups

To invite all members of a group to a conference, right-click the group banner and select Invite group to conference.

To send a broadcast message to all members of a group, right-click the group banner and select Broadcast message to group.
