Broadcast Announcements
You can use a broadcast announcement to send a message to many contacts at once. The message will appear in the myChat windows of your online contacts. This is useful if there is a safety concern in your building, for example.
To send a broadcast announcement, click the Actions menu, and select Broadcast Message. You will see the Broadcast Message dialog box.
Type your broadcast message into the text area, select the target audience from the right-hand pane, then click the Ok button. Your message will appear in the chat window of all corresponding online contacts.
