Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer has long been the default web browser in Windows. CiCS currently support Internet Explorer 8.
Internet Explorer 9 (and 8)
Internet Explorer 9 is the latest version of Internet Explorer and is the version currently supported by CiCS.
There are some services (notably MOLE, myJob, myTeam and myPurchase) that require some small changes to be made so that you can access full functionality.

Older Versions of Internet Explorer
Older versions of Internet Explorer (such as version 6 and 7) are no longer supported by CiCS. If you are experiencing problems trying to access one of our services and are using an older version of Internet Explorer we will ask you to install Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox.
Notes for Managed Desktop Service users: The current version of the Managed Desktop has Internet Explorer 8 installed.
If you are using an older version of the Managed Desktop Service then you must arrange for your computer to be upgraded before you can use Internet Explorer 8. Firefox is available as an alternative.
To arrange for you computer to have the latest version of the Managed Desktop installed please contact your departments IT Officer or the CiCS Helpdesk.
