| Software provided on servers and central systems, including site licensed and Microsoft licensed software, must not be copied to hard disk or anywhere else. Software with non-transferrable licences must be removed when machines are decommissioned. Similarly, use of facilities provided through JANET and CHEST and similar organisations or networks must comply with the relevant conditions and policies. |
