Web Browsers
Our supported web browsers are Internet Explorer 8 and the latest stable release of Firefox. Both are available on the Managed Desktop Service.
Although not recommended, you will find that the majority of services provided by CiCS will retain core functionality when using any modern browser.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer has long been the default web browser in Windows. CiCS currently support version 8; support for version 6 is being phased out. To learn more click on the link below.
Firefox
Firefox is an alternative to Internet Explorer and is considered by many to be more secure and offer improved functionality. CiCS supports the latest stable release of Firefox.

Browser Choice Update
This update will ask you to choose your preferred browser. For optimum compatibility with CiCS services we strongly recommend that you choose one of our supported browsers (Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox).
