Applicants - 2012

As part of procedures to monitor the quality of our systems and ensure security for all users, we have assigned new passwords to all applicants using the PBS system (for CAS/Visa applications) and Enquirer and Applicant Portal (used for enquiries, applications and pre-registration tasks).

Before you can access these systems you will need to request a new password using the link below:

Request applicant's username and password

"Login failed. Please try again."

If you have entered your University username and network password and get an error of "Login failed. Please try again."

Then you should:

Synchronise passwords

Web Browsers

If you still cannot log in the problem may be with your web browser. Most online services work well with the latest versions of  Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari. However, some online service work better with specific browsers. If you have problems logging in try a different web browser.

If you do not see any boxes to input your username and password then this is because you do not have javascript enabled.
