Network accounts
To access University computer services, you will need a username and password to log into the network.
Registering for your account
Staff:
- Register at the UCard and registration desk in the Computing Centre.
- Either show an existing UCard as identification if you have one or provide a letter of appointment.
Students:
- New students on taught courses receive their account details when they register at the University.
- If you don't have a UCard you'll need to bring your registration statement to get your UCard and computer account.
Associates:
- You can get your account details when you request your UCard.
- You may already have a record on the staff system. However if you don't, bring some documentation that explains your status at the University.
External:
- If you don't fall into the above categories, bring a signed authorisation form to the Computing Centre to get a computer account.
