Responsibilities

Monitor the Voice and Data network to ensure availability of Services
Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and other CiCS staff for installations, faults and day-to-day moves and changes
Installation of new equipment in both the Computing Centre and Brunswick Machine Rooms

Biography

I have been at the University since October 2003 and have been involved in some major projects during my time at the University. These include: the Network Upgrade; New Brunswick Machine Room; and the New Student Village, which is ongoing. I have also been involved in VoIP at the new AMRC Site.
