Responsibilities

• Process UCard requests from staff, students and external University members
• Register computer users for central computing services using the Computer Registration Integration System; set up computer accounts and provide all users with a username, password and email address
  
• Provide support for User Registration services; deal with a wide range of queries from staff, students and other University members in relation to passwords, file-store, email lists, UCards and computer registration
