Responsibilities

• Servicing/upgrade of the University's computers, and some peripheral equipment
• Working on Front-line Support in resolving a range of computing problems experienced by students

Biography

I joined the University in October 1992 as a Computer Technician and worked, for many years, in the CiCS workshop servicing and upgrading the University's computers. I continue to perform this task, but nowalso spend some time with Front-line Support in helping resolve some of the computing problems experienced by students.
