Responsibilities

• Second/Third line support for SAP, helping out both the Ubase help desk and the Myjob/team help desk and Business Systems in finance
• Maintain the integration software which makes SAP talk to CIS and now Cognos (SAP-XI)
• Help to maintain the oracle databases that SAP runs on
• Help to look after the servers if needed

Biography

I joined the University in 2003, my previous employment includes over two years working for Tarmac UK limited ,working on their SAP roll out to Tarmac Concrete Products.

I'm a keen golfer with membership of Bakewell golf club, a handicap of 24 and a long-term goal of getting this below 15.
