Responsibilities

• Monitor the voice and data network to ensure availability of services
• Liase with customers, contractors and other CiCS staff during installations and relocations
• TLO for CiCS Department
• One of the main contacts for University mobile phone queries

Biography

I started working at the University as a temp in September 2006 helping with student computer registration. I then worked with CiCS setting up the IC installing computers, during student registration and co-ordinating the student ambassadors during the opening of the building. I started working on the switchboard in April 2008 (via CILASS for a short spell!) and moved into the Voice and Data team in December 2008.
