Responsibilities

• Helpdesk analyst providing IT support and advice to all members of the University
  
• Face to face support through the drop-in service
  
• Provide support for software, hardware and systems problems on PCs and Macintosh computers; install and update operating systems, fix and clear problems caused by viruses; provide advice on keeping equipment safe and virus free; configure network services software and other application software
