Responsibilities

• Being responsible for all CiCS open access Student Computing Rooms and the Equipment in them
• Administering the pre-pay Printing and Copying System (PCMS) and the PC Booking system (MyPC)
• Being jointly responsible for developing the Kiosk and MyChat services within the Customer Services team
• Working as part of the Information Commons management team with specific emphasis on equipment and technologies
