Responsibilities
- Representing CiCS at the Student Village
- Responsible for the daily running of the Edge IT Centre
- Liaise with ACS to maintain and develop good working relationships
- Imaging and Re-imaging Open Access machines
- Aiding students with software issues
- Providing a Registration service for the Residences, Students and Staff
- Provide face to face IT support to people in computer rooms
- Student room checks during the summer vacation
