Responsibilities
- Helping to improve our Customer service, including gathering feedback and service reviews
- Assisting with communication within projects
- Identifying recurrent problems and facilitating their resolution
- To help with effective marketing of CiCS services
Biography
I've been at the University since June 2007. Before then I worked in business advice for Social Enterprises and as a Complaints Manager for the NHS. Many years before then I studied Archaeology at the University of Sheffield and loved every minute of it. I´m glad to be back.
