Responsibilities

CiCS has a strong commitment to project-based development, and uses formal project and programme management to manage our complex portfolio of projects - see www.shef.ac.uk/cics/projects. I work within the Programme and Project Unit. My main responsibilities are to:

• Project Manage a portfolio of IT Projects
• Provide support and advice for other Project Managers
• Deliver training on Project Management skills.
