Biography

After graduating from Northumbria University (Newcastle Polytechnic) in 1985, I began working as Administrator for Coventry Law Centre. In 1990 I took up a teaching role in social policy at Coventry University, and whilst there took the timetabling role for the School of Health and Social Sciences. I was later asked to take on a role co-ordinating timetable provision across the University and to have responsibility for the quality and improvement of teaching space.

I left Coventry University in 2006 to join Serco as a Facility CMIS (timetabling) consultant working with Universities in the UK and Ireland to help them get the most from the CMIS timetabling software.
