Responsibilities

• First line of contact for the support of the Managed Desktop Service
• Provide advice and support of the Managed Desktop
• Assist the Managed Desktop team in the administration and development of desktop services

Biography

I originally started in I.T as an apprentice in the NHS before moving on to work for local government providing second line support. Before coming to the University, I worked for 13 years in the telecommunications industry providing I.T support at a second and third line level.
