Responsibilities

• Monitor the data and voice network to ensure availability of services
• Liaise with customers, contractors and other CiCS staff in resolving problems during installations and relocations
• Provide support for specialist events and help prepare ICT facilities
• Check new equipment as it arrives and document goods received. Prepare equipment for end user and distribute when ready
• Deal with technical queries and requests for support that come in over the phone
• Order mobile equipment
