Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of all data held within the Programme Structures section of CIS: all degree programmes, units modules and regulations. Liaison with academic departments regarding the provision of this information
• Committee work: secretary of the CIS Sub-Committee and the Student Application Group
• Implementation of the Data Protection Act within the University: responding to Subject Access Requests; formulation of guidance and policy re DP procedures; advice on DP contracts with external organisations; DP training for staff
• Project Manager for Choose Sheffield
