• Support for the Managed XP service
• Support of CAD software
• Support for Antivirus software on all platforms

Biography

BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sheffield. After graduation I worked in the Steel/Refractory industry for 10 years before returning to this University to help establish a Computer Aided Design service in February 1988.
