Monday 31st August 2009
For all delegates who are staying the evening of Monday 31st August, please note that members of the Local Committee will be assembling at 6.30pm outside The Edge Main Entrance to lead delegates to nearby pubs and restaurants (this will give delegates the opportunity to find out how to get to nearby local areas).
Please note that this is optional and informal, therefore no dinner bookings have been made as it is expected that delegates will disperse into smaller groups to eat at the restaurant of their choice.

The drinks reception evening is sponsored by SEAMS and will be held at Mappin Hall, Mappin Street, Sheffield.
This will be an opportunity for conference delegates to meet informally and to enjoy some local entertainment.
Complimentary transport will be provided to and from The Edge/reception venue.

Wednesday 2nd September 2009
The conference dinner will take part at the stunning Firth Hall on Western Bank close to the bars/night life on West Street.
A 3 course meal will be provided with a vegetarian option for the main course.
Complimentary transport will be provided to and from The Edge/dinner venue.
