Alumni Scholarship

The Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering will offer reduced fees for University of Sheffield Alumni. The scholarship will be available to Home/EU and Overseas alumni, with an advanced scholarship offered to those who studied Chemical & Biological Engineering at Sheffield.

University of Sheffield Alumni will be offered:

• Home/EU students will receive 10% discount
• Overseas students will receive £1000

Chemical & Biological Engineering Alumni will receive an advanced scholarship of:

• Home/EU students will receive 30% discount
• Overseas students will receive £5000

Home/EU candidates will not have to apply for these scholarships, they will automatically be awarded to all eligible students when they commence their studies in the Department.

International students will need to apply, application deadline 30th September 2013. More information here.

Excellence Scholarship

The Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering is able to offer a scholarship award to one Home/EU and one Overseas student from each of our MSc programmes; to students with established and continued academic excellence.

• Home/EU applicants will receive 50% discount
• Overseas students will receive 33% discount

To be eligible for an Excellence Scholarship you must:

• Be a self funded applicant to study in Chemical & Biological Engineering at The University of Sheffield
• Not be in receipt of any other University of Sheffield award

All applicants will automatically be considered for the scholarship, successful candidates will be informed in writing before the commencement of their studies and will receive the scholarship in the form of fee reduction.
