2010 MSc Energy and Environmental Engineering Poster Competition, Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, The University of Sheffield.
The research poster presentation event for our MSc Energy and Environmental Engineering (EEE) course was held on 27th August 2010 in the Jesson Exhibition Centre. The poster prizes were sponsored by the Energy Institute (Yorkshire Branch). Prizes were awarded to the authors of the best posters by Dr Zandi, Chairman of the Yorkshire Branch of the Energy Institute.
Judging of the posters was carried out by members of academic staff, department researchers and three members of the Energy Institute, Dr Zandi, Dr Peter Rock and Dr Colin McBurney, with students being given the opportunity to discuss their work with the members of the judging panel.
The judges were overwhelmingly impressed by the high standard and quality of the work they were presented with by our MSc students and praised the entrants for the professional standard of presentation of all the posters.
