Doctoral Fellowship Award received

A Chemical and Process Engineering PhD student has been awarded a prestigious Doctoral Fellowship Award.


We are very pleased to announce that Ana Pereira-Medrano, a recently graduated PhD student from our Department, has been awarded an EPSRC/UoS Doctoral Prize Fellowship.

This is a prestigious award designed to encourage the winner to become an independent researcher and to help them to stay in UK academia.

The award will help Ana to achieve her career aspirations as well as enable her to stay with our department, something which we are very grateful for.

Ana has been offered the award to start 1st October 2009.
