Recruitment fairsWe run online and on-campus recruitment events throughout the year where you can find out about part-time work, work experience and graduate opportunities, and meet with employers face-to-face. The fairs are your chance to network and impress, and as well as local organisations, you can meet with big name brands and international businesses. |
One to onesOne-to-One sessions allow students to meet employers in an informal setting and without the need for an application form. This gives students the chance to ask questions specifically related to their needs. These session often take the form of mock interviews giving you a chance to practise those all important skills. |
PresentationsThe Careers Service arranges for employers to come onto campus to talk about the work experience and graduate opportunities they have available within their organisation. It’s a great way to find out what level of opportunities are available, the types of roles and the recruitment process, and gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have. |
Occupational panelsThese are organised around specific topics with the panel made up of individuals working in particular sectors or job roles. This gives students the chance to find out more about the different routes into a career and the options for progression. |
