Mock Interviews
Mock interviews are an important way in which students can find out what happens in an interview situation. If the mock interview is with a real employer, the experience is especially valuable. For this reason we welcome approaches from employers interested in helping students develop interview skills.
Mock interviews aim to:
- Help students to consider the range of questions that they may have to face at interview.
- Help them understand why employers ask the questions they do, and the information they are seeking to elicit.
- Give them the opportunity to frame answers to questions and to think about specific examples.
- Help them to identify gaps in their preparation and get feedback on ways to improve their interview strategy and technique.
- Give you the opportunity to have direct contact with high calibre, well-motivated candidates and to present a positive image of your organisation.
Charges: There is no charge for conducting mock interviews.
