Career history

I began my career in 1997 as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Science at the University of Leeds. From 2001-2006 I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, then Assistant Researcher, in the Department of Physiological Science, University of California Los Angeles. In 2006 I was appointed to my current post at the University of Sheffield.

Research interests

My research interests are the molecular basis of muscular dystrophy and the generation of mammalian models of disease.
