Rome Trip

Rome Trip

On this fun, cultural trip, we visit all of the major sites (e.g., Vatican, catacombs, Colosseum), popular tourist sites (e.g., Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps), and also see the major works of art & architecture (e.g., Sistine Chapel, St Peter's, Ara Pacis). Dr. Mark Finney leads the trip and provides the historical detail that enables you to understand how Rome and its historical and cultural contexts, impacts the study of Religion, Theology and the Bible.  Students have a great time (some have gone on the trip more than once), learn a lot, and experience the history of ancient and modern religion in one of the most vibrant and historically informative cities in the world. For more information on the costs of the trip and how it works, please contact email Dr. Mark Finney.
