BA(Hons) DipArch(Dist) MA(Dist) RIBA

I have been a part-time tutor since the late 1990s, and have participated with all levels of the undergraduate course. I am currently a design tutor in year 1. I am a practicing architect and after graduating from the University of Sheffield in 1994 worked for Bond Bryan Architects before moving to Building Design Partnership in Sheffield in 2000 where I am an associate. I have worked across a wide range of sectors and most recently have been architect for the new South Yorkshire Fire Service Headquarters and Bents Green School, both in Sheffield.

Teaching Activities

As well as teaching in the year 1 design studio, I have been a professional practice examiner for the RIBA Part 3 examinations. I have also provided construction tutorials for the third year course.
