Research
The research atmosphere of our department is very stimulating with many dynamic and productive research groups.
Collaborative and interactive environment
We have 17 full-time academics and a large number of researchers and PhD students who work together in a highly collaborative and interactive environment. It is an exciting cosmopolitan research department with close links to other academic institutions. We offer opportunities for many synergistic interactions.
Seminars by outstanding speakers and visits from well known scientists is a regular feature of our department. Many group members regularly give presentations at national and international meetings. We also organise many research meetings.
