Read The Manual. On Windows, use the Help option. On Solaris and Linux,
read the man pages for the command you are having trouble with, or read
the help package if there is one.

If all that fails, raise a ticket on the
OTRS
system. Please include in your email a full description
of the problem, including which machine the problem
is occurring.

where to go to get more comprehensive help. Computer-savvy people will
probably want to skip over some of this.
