Please note - University of Sheffield in America Executive Director, Helen Rey is currently on maternity leave. During her absence, all 'Sheffield in America' business will be handled by the main Alumni Office in Sheffield. University of Sheffield in America is operated from Seattle, WA by Sheffield alumna and member of staff, Helen Rey. Helen set up the organisation in 2004 from the Sheffield Alumni Office. In 2009 she relocated to the USA and continues to work on the US alumni programme.
"After several years working with US alumni, I have now become one! I hope that having a base in America will help to build the sense of community and identity for US alumni, and I hope that it will open up more avenues of cooperation and collaboration with Sheffield."
