Undergraduates, postgraduates, special course, short term and international students can apply to live in University accommodation. Here's how the application process will work.
When to applyYou can apply 24 hours after you've notified UCAS that the University of Sheffield is your firm or insurance choice. Alternatively, you can apply once you have accepted an offer of a place to study here. |
How to apply |
After you have appliedWe will send you an automated acknowledgement email and letter to confirm receipt of your application. Postgraduates and visiting students will also be emailed a confirmation form. Once you meet the conditions of your offer, you will need to email the form back to us. |
Something changed?Contact us immediately if any information on your application is incorrect. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once your application has been put forward for allocation. You should also contact us if you decide not to come to Sheffield or accept your place in our accommodation. |
