Dear Neighbour Letter

Every year, a significant number of registered students from The University of Sheffield move into private sector accommodation, many of them for the first time. In order to build on the existing good relations between registered students at the University and local residents, we have devised a "Dear Neighbour" letter which is available for students to download. When moving into registered Private Sector accommodation we would be grateful if you would complete this letter and deliver it to your neighbours, preferably when you call round to introduce yourselves for the first time.

Further leaflets including advice on housing repairs, gas safety and council tax can be obtained from the Student Advice Centre.
