Bring it, don't bin it

Last year, residents of University accommodation donated over four tonnes of unwanted items to charity through the Bring It, Don’t Bin It campaign, but we think you can do better!
Pick up a clear bag from The Edge, The Ridge or Opal 2 reception. Fill your bag, then drop it off at the following collection points:
Burbage, Broad Lane Court, Carrysbrook Court, Crewe, Derwent, Endcliffe Vale Flats, Jonas Court, Stephenson, The Edge, The Ridge and the Students’ Union.
You can donate:
• Bedding
• Clothes, shoes and handbags
• Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
• Books
• CDs and DVDs
• Unopened toiletries
• Non-perishable and unopened food
• Small electrical items, such as lamps, stereos, toasted sandwich makers (look out for the separate drop-off point)
All donations will go to four local charities so please make sure that anything you donate is clean and in good condition.
