Key collection

Depending on where you'll be living, you'll need to go to one of the following locations to collect your keys. For your convenience, key collection is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Don't forget - in order to be able to collect your keys, you'll need to have paid your deposit, set up a payment plan and have brought along your contract and proof of ID.

The Endcliffe Village and City properties (excluding Opal 2)
If you are moving into any of the properties in The Endcliffe Village, Mappin Court, Broad Lane Court, St. George's Flats or city houses, you will need to collect your keys from Customer Services at: The Edge, 34 Endcliffe Crescent, The Endcliffe Village, Sheffield, S10 3ED

The Ranmoor Village
If you are moving into any of the properties in The Ranmoor Village, including Shore Court, you can collect your keys from Customer Services at: The Ridge, Woodhead Way, The Ranmoor Village, Sheffield, S10 3AY

Opal 2
If you are moving into Opal 2, key collection will be available from: Opal 2 reception, Latimore House, 10 St. George’s Close, Sheffield, S3 7HB
